Sebo's Satins Shipping Policy

Hey there! Thanks for choosing Sebo's Satins! We're all about making your shopping experience smooth and easy, especially when it comes to shipping. Check out the info below to learn all about our shipping policies.

1. Processing Time:

  • Standard Processing Time: We usually get your order ready to ship within 5 business days. We're human, so sometimes it might take a tad longer, but we'll keep you posted!
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3 PM [GMT] will start processing the next business day.
  • Busy Times: During holidays or special sales, things might take a little longer. We'll let you know if there are any expected delays on our website or by email.
  • Custom Goodies: If you're getting something custom-made, it'll naturally take a bit more time. We'll tell you exactly how long it'll be before it ships. (Custom orders need 7 - 9 days to be made before they are ready to ship)

2. Shipping Rates & Methods:

  • Shipping Costs: Here are your options:
    • Standard Shipping- £3.50 (~150 g weight)
    • Next Day Shipping - [£8.50 - £11.00] (calculated at checkout. weight dependent)
    • Free Shipping - If your order is over £30, we'll ship it for free! 
  • Shipping Outside the Country:
    • Unfortunately, we currently ship to the UK only

3. Shipping Time frames:

  • When Will It Get There?: It depends on the shipping method you choose and where you live. Here's a rough idea:
    • Standard Shipping - Estimated Delivery Time frame -  3-5 business days
    • Next Day Shipping - Estimated Delivery Time frame - 2-3 business days
  • Keep in mind, these are just estimates, and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, but we'll do our best to help if there's a problem.

4. Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to see where your package is on the carrier's website.

5. Your Shipping Address:

  • Double-check that you put in the right address when you check out! We can't be held responsible if you accidentally give us the wrong address. If you need to change it, let us know ASAP at sebossatins@gmail.com. Once it's processed, it might be too late to change it.

6. Uh Oh, Something Went Wrong?:

  • If your package gets lost or damaged on its way to you, please let us know right away at sebossatins@gmail.com. We'll work with the shipping company to fix things and make sure you get your order. Please keep all the packaging and take pictures of any damage.
